JoEd Entrepreneur Program
Be Your Own Boss
Not everyone wants a traditional job. Some people want to build a business, lead a team, and create something they can grow and eventually pass on. The JoEd Entrepreneur Program is designed to help qualified individuals establish an independent service-provider company that can provide Pilot, Co-Pilot, delivery, route-support, or related operational services.
From One Route to a Real Business
A participating company may begin by providing qualified personnel or operational support to JoEd under a separate service-provider agreement. As the company gains experience, it can use the systems, training, and business foundation developed through the program to pursue work with other organizations that need drivers, route teams, delivery support, or related services. The goal is bigger than filling positions. We want to help people become business owners, create opportunities for others, and build companies that can grow beyond JoEd.
What the Program May Cover
Important Program Information
- Participation is limited
- Admission is competitive and not guaranteed
- Applicants must complete the JoEd Entrepreneur Program to be considered as a JoEd partnering service provider
- Completing the program does not guarantee a contract, minimum revenue, route assignment, or business success
- Any work performed for JoEd will be governed by a separate written service agreement
- Participating companies must remain independently owned and operated
- Business owners are responsible for their own legal, tax, insurance, licensing, employment, and financial obligations
- Participants are encouraged to obtain independent legal, tax, and financial advice
